LOCTITE 542 is a liquid, medium-strength thread sealant designed for sealing and securing metal pipe threads and fittings. The product cures anaerobically between close-fitting metal surfaces, providing a reliable seal for threaded connections. It is particularly suitable for fine threads, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic, and general metal fittings.

Thanks to its KTW-BWGL certification, LOCTITE 542 is also suitable for applications involving contact with drinking water. The product additionally holds WRAS, DVGW, and SVGW certifications.
